With this issue of the Peace and Environment News, we return to our normal format. Our "regular" section is available free at your favourite pickup location. The Members' Supplement is mailed to PERC members and is available free at the PERC office. (To become a member of PERC, see the form on page 8.) If you have been enjoying our special double issues, look for more in the fall. PERC members should note that special issues do not include a separate Members' Supplement—the Regular section and the Supplement are all rolled into one big issue.
